1. Information we process
YAU HING TECH CONSULTANT COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") publishes PrismCrease. The game does not ask you to create an account and does not directly request your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details. Settings, progress, and high scores are stored locally on your device.
Our service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage information, including:
- game events such as sessions, screen views, interactions, scores, and feature use;
- app and device information such as app version, device model, operating system, language, and approximate region;
- app-instance or device identifiers used for analytics, ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and diagnostics;
- advertising interactions and consent choices; and
- network and diagnostic information, which may include IP address and crash or performance data generated by a service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate and improve PrismCrease, measure active use and gameplay balance, diagnose technical problems, remember consent choices, deliver contextual or non-personalised ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse or invalid traffic.
3. Services we use
PrismCrease integrates Google Firebase Analytics to measure app usage, Google AdMob to provide banner and optional rewarded ads, and Google User Messaging Platform to manage consent where required. Our current configuration requests non-personalised ads, disables the Google Mobile Ads first-party identifier, does not request iOS App Tracking Transparency permission, and disables advertising-related analytics consent. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
4. Sharing, retention, and transfers
We do not sell information that directly identifies you. Information is shared only with service providers needed for analytics, consent, advertising, security, and technical operations, or when required by law. Provider systems may process information outside your country. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary, subject to provider settings, legal requirements, and security needs.
5. Your choices
Where a consent message is available, you can review the choices shown in the game. You may limit certain device-level advertising features in iOS or Android Settings, stop future processing by uninstalling the game, or contact us about privacy or deletion of information we can reasonably identify. Because PrismCrease does not use player accounts, we may not be able to connect anonymous analytics records to a particular person.
6. Children
PrismCrease is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us so we can review the request.
7. Changes and contact
